• Fluent spoken and written English required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver elevated, guest-centred service for premium lounges and dining venues.
• Support full table service and maintain a spotless, inviting dining area.
• Follow opening/closing checklists and hygiene/food-safety procedures.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Maintain stock levels and assist with inventory and setup between shifts.
