2-TIMES is a luxury online retailer with hubs in Hong Kong, Singapore and Melbourne, offering curated eCommerce and private shopping for top clients. The Senior Private Client Manager will nurture relationships with high-value clients across Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, UAE/KSA, and Mainland China, delivering personalized styling and a localized shopping experience.

The role reports to the Head of Private Clients and involves data-driven decision making, events, and cross-region

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Fashion/Communications/Marketing or related field.
5+ years as Sales Manager or Personal Stylist with strong client base.
Knowledge of luxury brands and multi-brand fashion landscape.
Regional cultural awareness across target regions; language skills a plus.
Willingness to work with international time zones.

Responsibilities

Nurture existing clients and reactivate lapsed ones; build relationships with high-value prospects.
Respond to client queries with timely, professional service.
Analyse data and trends to forecast items for personalized messaging.
Elevate imagery and maintain brand standards in styling materials.
Collaborate across regions and HQ to grow Private Client business.
