You will manage qualified buyer leads with a consultative, investment‑focused approach, build your personal brand through social media and networking, and close high‑value transactions end‑to‑end within a supportive, performance‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• Proven off‑plan sales experience in Dubai (luxury preferred).
• Ability to self‑generate business.
• Strong investment mindset and market understanding.
• Professional, ambitious and performance‑driven.
• RERA certification and valid UAE driver’s license are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise HNWIs and investors on Dubai’s luxury off‑plan opportunities.
• Manage qualified buyer leads with a consultative, investment‑focused approach.
• Build personal brand through social media, networking, and proactive outreach
• Represent Elysian at exclusive developer launches, roadshows, and VIP events
• Maintain expert knowledge of luxury developments and market movements
• Negotiate and close high‑value transactions end‑to‑end
