Engel & Völkers Dubai seeks an Investment Advisor – Off-Plan to drive exclusive off-plan property sales in a luxury market. This commission-only role rewards performance with significant upside and requires networking with developers and high-net-worth clients.

Ideal candidates are entrepreneurial, client-focused, and capable of generating own leads while delivering expert market guidance in Dubai's fast-moving property scene.

Qualifications

• Experience in Dubai real estate, especially off-plan, is preferred.
• Strong sales, negotiation and closing capabilities are essential.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and lead generation ability.
• Excellent English communication; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source and qualify investors for Dubai off-plan developments.
• Present investment opportunities aligned with client goals.
• Conduct property consultations, virtual and in-person presentations.
• Maintain relationships with developers and project sales teams.
• Stay updated on market trends, launches, and pricing strategies.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead to deal closure.
• Build a strong personal brand within the luxury real estate sector.
