Engel & Völkers Dubai is seeking an Investment Advisor - Off-Plan to join our Dubai team on a commission-only basis. You will focus on off-plan property sales, working with top developers and high-net-worth investors to drive investment opportunities.

The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, client-focused and thrives in a performance-driven environment, delivering presentations and consultations to close high-value deals in the luxury sector.

Qualifications

• Experience in Dubai real estate; off-plan experience preferred.
• Strong sales, negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset; ability to generate own leads and build a pipeline.
• RERA certification (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Source and qualify investors for Dubai off-plan developments.
• Present investment opportunities aligned with client financial goals.
• Conduct property consultations, virtual and in-person presentations.
• Maintain strong relationships with developers and project sales teams.
• Stay up to date with market trends, launches, and pricing strategies.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Build and maintain a strong personal brand within the luxury real estate sector.
