Job summary

ELE Interior Design in Dubai seeks a Project Manager / Design Site Supervisor to oversee interior design works on site, ensuring drawings are implemented correctly and design intent is maintained.

You will act as the main link between design and site execution, coordinating stakeholders, reporting to the Technical Design Manager, and delivering projects in line with ELE Interior Design’s standards. UAE experience is preferred and strong attention to quality is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Experience coordinating interior design projects on site is essential.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD (Revit is an advantage) and strong site coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Design Supervision & Site Coordination: supervise design implementation on site and ensure compliance with drawings.
• Quality Control: conduct regular site quality reviews of finishes, joinery, and detailing.
• Project Coordination & Communication: act as main point of contact for projects and coordinate with internal teams, contractors, suppliers and consultants.
• Client Reporting & Documentation: prepare project reports and maintain site observation documentation.
