Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a skilled lead for interior fitout projects in Fujairah. The role involves supervising trades teams, interpreting architectural drawings, coordinating materials, and ensuring timely delivery of finishes and partitions on-site.

You will enforce safety standards and conduct toolbox talks, with a focus on cost-efficient project execution and strict adherence to specifications. Experience in interior fitouts is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required; vocational construction credential is a plus.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction or equivalent safety training is preferred.
• 5–7 years of progressive interior fitout construction experience is expected.
• Strong understanding of materials, techniques, and building codes for interior fitouts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of tradespeople and laborers to execute interior fitout projects according to design specifications and timelines.
• Interpret architectural drawings, blueprints, and specifications for accurate installation of partitions, ceilings, flooring, and finishes.
• Manage on-site logistics including procurement, delivery scheduling, and waste management to maintain efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Implement and enforce health and safety protocols on-site, conducting regular safety inspections and toolbox talks.
