Job summary

Emirates Group in Dubai seeks a Design & Projects Manager to shape sophisticated spaces across UAE and international portfolio, leading interior design, fit-out and renovation from concept to commissioning.

You will translate requirements into spaces with clear specifications, control cost, and ensure alignment with Emirates Group standards while managing contractors and stakeholders for on-time delivery and high-quality environments.

Qualifications

Portfolio of high-end interior design, fit-out and refurbishment projects.
8+ years in facilities, maintenance or related field.
Experience delivering large-scale commercial or corporate interior projects.
Experience managing contractors, consultants and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Translate user requirements into resolved spaces with clear specifications and cost frameworks.
Lead fit-out and renovation projects from vision to completion.
Define and embed interior design standards across properties.
Coordinate consultants, contractors and stakeholders to secure timely completion.
