Job summary

Confidential Career Solutions, LLC in Dubai is seeking a Senior Projects Manager to lead luxury fit-out and bespoke joinery projects across the UAE.

The role requires a proven leader with extensive experience delivering luxury villas, five-star hospitality, premium residential, commercial, and retail developments; oversight from award to handover.

Salary up to AED 35,000 plus family benefits and education allowance. PMP is advantageous; Bachelor's degree in a related field required.

Qualifications

20+ years of construction and interior fit-out experience.
Minimum 15 years leading large-scale luxury fit-out projects.
Proven delivery of projects valued between AED 50M and AED 500M.

Responsibilities

Lead the successful delivery of multiple luxury fit-out and joinery projects.
Drive project performance across cost, schedule, quality, HSEQ, and profitability targets.
Oversee commercial and contractual management, risk mitigation, procurement, and resource planning.
Build and maintain strong client, consultant, and stakeholder relationships.
Provide strategic leadership to project teams while ensuring exceptional execution standards.
