Job summary

ELE Interior in Dubai seeks a Senior Interior Designer to lead interior design projects from concept through completion. You will drive client presentations, coordinate with vendors, and manage a design team to deliver premium spaces in hospitality, luxury residential and commercial sectors.

The role requires a strong UAE track record, excellent communication, and a robust supplier network for successful procurement and execution.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture/Interior Design (or equivalent).
7+ years of UAE-based experience in interior design, especially luxury hospitality, residential and commercial.
Proven experience leading design teams and managing complex projects.
Excellent English reporting, writing, and client presentations.
Strong supplier network; able to negotiate contracts and lead procurement.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end interior design projects from concept to completion.
Communicate the brand message through design, presentations, and professional conduct.
Coordinate with clients, vendors and team to translate briefs into actionable requirements.
Negotiate pricing, contracts and terms with suppliers for cost-effective, high-quality solutions.
Oversee on-site and remote supervision, maintain clear communication with clients and contractors.
Mentor and manage the ID department, 3D team and interns; provide training and feedback.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends to ensure the studio remains competitive.
