Job summary

NES Fircroft, a leading engineering staffing provider, seeks an experienced Process Lead to deliver technical leadership and process engineering across major LNG and energy infrastructure projects. The role covers FEED and EPC phases, guiding technology selection, optimisation, safety and operational readiness.

The successful candidate will mentor project teams, contribute to design development, and interface with contractors and stakeholders to ensure technical quality and project objectives

Qualifications

14+ years of experience in oil & gas, LNG, energy or process industries.
Experience with owner/operator, engineering consultancy, EPC or EPCM.
Proven involvement in major capital projects through FEED and EPC phases.
Experience on LNG, gas processing, or related energy infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

Provide specialist process engineering support to major LNG and energy projects.
Support evaluation, comparison and selection of process technologies and concepts.
Contribute to process optimisation, equipment selection, detailed engineering and design development.
Participate in design assurance activities, HAZOPs, HAZIDs, PHAs, and other process safety reviews.
Support commissioning, start-up and operational readiness activities.
Provide guidance on process and utility systems across the project lifecycle.
Capture lessons learned and develop technical knowledge repositories.
