Qualifications

• Strong experience with English law governed loan, guarantee, and security documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support Group Lead Counsel on legal issues related to debt financings.
• Advise on bank financings, treasury products, and related legal risks.
• Prepare and review financing documentation.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel and manage legal spend.
• Monitor legal changes impacting treasury activities.
