Job summary

Converge in Dubai, UAE is seeking a Legal Counsel - Transactions & Compliance to provide legal support across investment transactions, fund activities, and regulatory matters.

You will work with senior stakeholders on fund investments and transaction structuring, overseeing investor onboarding and ensuring documentation aligns with regulatory requirements. This is a hands-on role for a commercially minded legal professional in a fast-paced investment environment.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of post-qualification legal experience.
• Strong experience in fund investments and transaction structuring.
• Experience managing investor onboarding and related legal documentation.
• Solid understanding of regulatory compliance and investment-related legal matters.
• Commercially minded with the ability to provide practical legal advice in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Must currently be based in Dubai, UAE.
