Pentabell seeks a Senior Legal Counsel to support the client’s UAE operations. You will provide comprehensive legal guidance and ensure compliance with local and international laws, drafting and reviewing contracts, and advising on risk.

You will manage multiple projects independently, conduct legal research, and represent the client in negotiations and arbitration as needed. This role requires strong communication, negotiation skills, and a solid background in contract law.

Competenze

Bachelor or Master’s degree in Law.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Legal Counsel.
Strong legal research and analysis skills.
Experienced in contract law and dispute resolution.
Proficient in drafting and reviewing legal documents.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Review and draft legal documents such as contracts, agreements and policies.
Conduct legal research and analysis to support business decisions.
Advise clients on legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Represent the client in court or arbitration proceedings when necessary.
