Qualifications

• Master’s degree required and relevance to manufacturing or operations.
• 5+ years of experience in project management and continuous improvement.
• Solid understanding of Lean Sigma methodologies and practice.
• Budgeting and performance management knowledge.
• Experience with Lean and change management in complex organizations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and within scope.
• Lead Kaizen initiatives and deploy continuous improvement programs.
• Manage resources and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress.
• Measure performance and report KPIs to management.
