Job summary

Dicetek LLC in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced project manager to lead large-scale initiatives within financial services, developing future state designs and implementation plans.

You will apply BPM, Lean Six Sigma, and Agile methods, prepare progress reports, monitor KPIs, conduct post-project reviews, and coordinate cross-functional programs to meet timelines and budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree from a reputable university, especially in courses related to Business, Quality management, Statistics. Lean SixSigma Black Belt certification is preferred
• At least 8 years of experience in project management, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Develop future state designs, value stream maps, implementation plans, project management activities, documentations, timelines and milestones using appropriate tools to ensure delivery of the implementation plan against set timelines and budget.
• Apply project management methodology and tools including Business Process Reengineering, Lean SixSigma (LLS), Agile concepts that drive large scale change projects in order to achieve the desired result/ change.
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements, documentations, and presentations in line with the required standards in order to meet the needs of stakeholders.
• Define, manage and monitor project KPI’s to ensure improved solutions are sustained through the implementation of KPI’s.
• Conduct post-project reviews including project performance and improvements as compared to pre-project metrics and market benchmarks in order to demonstrate the impact and provide the required information to stakeholders.
• Program manage gap analysis and implementation of medium to large scale programs consisting of multiple initiatives in order to roll out industry-wide regulations for the Bank and similar projects of a cross-functional nature.
