Job summary

Vertiv Group Corporation in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a result‑driven Continuous Improvement professional to lead and implement Lean and Lean Six Sigma initiatives that improve KPI performance across the organization, using Vertiv Operating System (VOS) methodologies.

Under the VOS Manager, you will diagnose barriers, train teams, and manage multiple CI initiatives, collaborating with departments and suppliers as needed to deliver measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3+ years of experience.
• Six Sigma/Lean certifications preferred.
• Experience leading diverse teams on CI projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement CI projects (Lean, Lean Six Sigma) to improve department performance.
• Serve as a change agent driving cultural transformation and adoption of CI practices.
• Lead department-level CI initiatives including data analysis, planning, change management, and training.
• Develop and deploy VOS strategy in collaboration with department managers.
• Communicate results and train teams across the organization.
