Job summary

Confidential Company seeks an experienced IMS leader to drive internal controls, audits, and ISO-aligned compliance across projects in Abu Dhabi. You will manage CAPAs, maintain records, and develop documentation while guiding staff in QHSE best practices.

Ideal candidate has UAE regulatory knowledge, strong leadership, and proven ability to train and coordinate multiple departments for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Progressive IMS leadership or audit experience; familiarity with IT integrations is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of UAE regulations (OSHAD) and local authority standards.
• Experience developing documentation, conducting training, and leading cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in incident investigations, root cause analysis, and risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Implement, assess and monitor internal controls and IMS performance.
• Lead process, compliance, and system audits across departments and projects.
• Identify gaps, track CAPA closure and maintain audit records.
• Develop and maintain IMS procedures to stay ISO-aligned.
• Prepare audit reports and support closure of findings with stakeholders.
• Lead training programs and onboarding for IMS compliance.
