Job summary

Landscape Architecture Practice in London seeks a Senior Associate to lead and oversee large-scale landscape projects from concept through post-contract stages. The role involves directing design teams, client liaison, and upholding the studio's design integrity across global locations.

You will work with high-profile hospitality, mixed-use, and public realm schemes, mentoring teams and shaping project delivery while reporting to the Design Principal.

Qualifications

• 12 years' experience in Landscape Architecture with a strong design portfolio

Responsibilities

• Lead several complex landscape projects in parallel across varied global locations
• Inspire and mentor a talented team of designers and technical staff
• Represent the studio in client meetings and high-level presentations
• Guide project design development through to delivery, including post-contract stages
• Contribute to strategic studio growth and design culture
