Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Senior Associate Landscape to lead design strategy, innovation, and delivery of landscape architecture projects in hybrid work settings. You will mentor staff, oversee technical development, manage client engagement, and drive business development while ensuring compliance with project scope and contracts.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of landscape architecture experience, a relevant degree (masters preferred), and active pursuit of professional membership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in landscape architecture.
• Bachelor's degree in the relevant discipline field. Masters degree preferred.
• Working towards professional membership in Urban Design or Architecture e.g. RIBA or equivalent in the relevant discipline degree.

Responsibilities

• Act as line manager, mentor staff, and conduct performance reviews.
• Lead landscape architecture projects, define roles, and manage client interface.
• Monitor and track project budgets and ensure compliance with contracts.
• Develop design ideas and present proposals to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to deliver fully integrated design solutions.

Education
