Job summary

FSIME Construction LLC is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage quantity surveying and commercial functions for landscape projects. You will handle quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, tender pricing, and subcontractor/vendor evaluation.

The role requires preparing variation orders, interim payments, and ensuring cost control with accurate submissions, within tight tender deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in landscape contracting / quantity surveying.
• UAE project experience is preferred.
• Valid UAE driving licence is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and BOQ based on landscape drawings, specifications and tender documents.
• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, rate analysis and tender pricing.
• Prepare and evaluate Variation Orders (VO/Change Orders) and interim payment submissions with supporting docs.
• Measure completed works on site and prepare interim payment applications.
