Asico Real Estate Llc in Dubai seeks a qualified Quantity Surveyor to own the commercial side of landscaping contracts, pricing tenders, and producing accurate payment applications and certificates for hardscape and softscape works.

You will protect margins by precise bid pricing, maintain rate databases, manage subcontractor pricing, and support cost control from tender through to handover, ensuring timely payments and accurate final accounts.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• 5–8 years as a QS, with at least 3 years in UAE.
• Experience pricing landscaping, external works or infrastructure packages.
• Proven record pricing tenders and producing monthly payment apps and certificates.

Aufgaben

• Lead tendering and pricing: review enquiry documents, prepare BOQs, price gaps and risk allowances.
• Build and maintain rate database for materials, labour, plant and subcontract packages.
• Prepare tenders with pricing summaries, preliminaries and margins for management review.
• Prepare post-tender positions and value engineering options.
• Prepare interim and final payment applications and certify payments to subcontractors and suppliers.
• Set up project budgets from winning tenders and monitor cost against budget.
