Tiger Recruitment is seeking an experienced MEP Engineer for a Dubai-based landscape construction client. The role centers on design coordination, installation, and execution of MEP systems for high-end landscapes, including irrigation, water features, pools, fountains and outdoor lighting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience as an MEP Engineer in landscape projects within the UAE.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; BIM/Revit is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, water features, pools, fountains, drainage, outdoor lighting, and landscape MEP services.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all MEP activities for landscape construction projects from design through to completion.
• Review MEP drawings, specifications, and technical submittals to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate the installation of irrigation systems, water features, swimming pools, fountains, drainage, outdoor lighting, pumps, filtration systems, and related MEP works.
• Liaise with consultants, architects, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Prepare material submittals, method statements, RFIs, and shop drawing reviews.
• Monitor site progress, quality, and safety to ensure works are completed to the required standards.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.
• Assist in project planning, procurement, and cost control.
• Ensure all works comply with UAE regulations, project specifications, and industry standards.
