Qualifications

• Attention to detail and strong coordination capabilities are essential.
• Clear communication in English is required for cross-team collaboration.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed civil and landscape shop drawings.
• Produce CAD drawings for landscape infrastructure, hardscape, irrigation, and water feature installations.
• Develop detailed drawings for fountains, ponds, swimming pools, waterfalls, and other decorative water features.
• Coordinate with architects, landscape architects, engineers, consultants, and project teams to ensure design accuracy.
• Review project specifications, drawings, and BOQs to prepare coordinated technical documentation.
• Revise drawings based on consultant comments and site requirements.
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, local regulations, and industry standards.
• Support site teams by providing technical drafting assistance throughout project execution.
• Maintain organized drawing records and document control.
