Responsibilities

Develop irrigation and landscape proposals in coordination with client requirements and project design teams.
Review landscape and irrigation designs for technical suitability, constructability, maintainability, and contractual compliance.
Coordinate hard landscaping, soft landscaping, planting, irrigation, civil, architectural, and utility interfaces.
Review contractor shop drawings, technical submittals, material proposals, method statements, and supporting documentation.
Confirm that contractor submissions comply with approved designs, specifications, authority requirements, and project standards.
Evaluate contractor and subcontractor prequalification submissions and provide recommendations to the client.
Conduct site inspections to verify that irrigation and landscape works are completed according to approved drawings and accepted practices.
Inspect irrigation pipelines, control valves, pumps, filters, controllers, sprinklers, drip systems, and associated equipment.
