Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of work experience in civil, infrastructure, building, landscape and irrigation works.
• Familiar with the DM General Conditions of Contract, Quality Assurance, Quantity Surveying, and Project Network Techniques.
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate extensive knowledge and experience in civil, infrastructure, building, landscape and irrigation works.
• Make senior-level project decisions and liaise with applicable authorities.
