Job summary

Spring Tech is looking for a Joinery Production Manager in Sharjah to oversee the entire production process. You'll manage a skilled team, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

Your responsibilities include production planning, quality control, health and safety compliance, and enhancing efficiency. This role requires excellent leadership skills, proficiency in production management tools, and relevant qualifications in carpentry or joinery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Joinery Production Manager or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of joinery manufacturing processes and techniques.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a production environment.
