Qualifications

• 10+ years of Java engineering experience.
• Strong architectural leadership and hands-on coding ability.
• Experience delivering enterprise-grade distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain scalable Java applications and microservices using Core Java and Spring Boot.
• Drive solution architecture and engineering decisions across complex environments.
• Detail performance, concurrency and data-structure considerations for high-volume systems.
• Implement caching strategies with Redis and optimize data access.
• Build and deploy cloud-native apps with Docker and Kubernetes and modern DevOps practices.
• Design and manage relational and NoSQL databases for scalable workloads.
• Develop event-driven architectures using Kafka or RabbitMQ and other messaging systems.
• Identify bottlenecks, troubleshoot production issues and optimize performance.
• Establish code quality, security, scalability, and maintainability best practices.
• Take end-to-end ownership from architecture to deployment and optimization.
