WalkingTree Technologies is seeking a technically strong Senior Java Developer with hands-on development and architecture expertise to build next‑gen, high‑performance distributed applications using Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and cloud‑native technologies.

The role requires at least 10 years of professional experience, deep architectural skills, and the ability to make technical decisions while contributing code in a fast‑moving, on‑site Dubai environment.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of professional Java development experience.
• Strong architecture and design capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with microservices (Spring Boot).
• Experience with Redis caching.
• Cloud-native app development with Docker/Kubernetes.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with Kafka or RabbitMQ.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable Java-based microservices with Spring Boot.
• Drive system architecture, decisions, and technical ownership.
• Build high-performance apps using advanced data structures.
• Implement low-latency caching with Redis.
• Develop cloud-native apps with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Design robust SQL and NoSQL database solutions.
• Work with distributed systems and messaging (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Support event-driven architectures.
