Job summary

Black Pearl Consult is seeking an IT Support professional in Dubai to handle hardware, software, and network tasks. You will manage Microsoft 365 services, assist users, and coordinate with service providers as needed.

Responsibilities include maintaining IT hardware, logging incidents, and providing remote support for offsite staff. A bachelor’s degree in IT/CS and 3 years’ corporate experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field.
• 3 years of IT support experience in a corporate environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with hardware (laptops, printers, access devices).
• Proficiency in Office 365 administration including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.
• Experience using ManageEngine or similar ITSM tools.
• Familiarity with networking fundamentals (LAN/Wi-Fi/VPN).

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware including laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, servers, cameras, access control devices and Wi-Fi access points.
• Provide first-level support and troubleshooting for hardware-related issues.
• Manage user accounts, licenses and permissions in Microsoft 365, and support email and collaboration tools.
• Provide remote support for offsite employees as needed and log incidents in the ticketing system.
• Maintain inventory and document configurations, incidents and resolutions.
• Train staff on basic IT procedures and best practices.
