Job summary

Black Pearl is seeking an experienced Infrastructure & Cyber Security Manager in Abu Dhabi to lead IT infrastructure and cyber security operations. The role reports to the Head of IT and drives modernization, governance, and risk mitigation across networks, servers, and cloud platforms.

You will manage a sizable team and collaborate with stakeholders to align IT services with business needs, while ensuring regulatory and security compliance and a strong disaster recovery posture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading IT Infrastructure teams in a senior role.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise networks, servers, virtualization, storage, cloud, and MS environments.
• Experience in cyber security operations, vulnerability management, IAM, and security governance.
• Experience implementing IT governance and compliance frameworks.
• Strong understanding of ISO standards and IT service management.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT Infrastructure and Cyber Security functions for the organization.
• Oversee a team of 30–50 IT professionals, providing leadership and performance management.
• Develop and maintain IT infrastructure strategies for high availability and business continuity.
• Establish IT governance, policies, standards and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with ISO information security and IT service management frameworks.
• Monitor network, servers, storage, cloud platforms, and data center infrastructure; drive modernization and transformation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align IT services with operations.
• Lead risk assessments and mitigation; oversee cyber security controls and incident response.
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, contracts, and procurement.
• Ensure disaster recovery, backups, and testing of business continuity plans.
