Job summary

DEOW International is seeking an experienced IT Operations Expert to manage its IT infrastructure, systems administration, network operations, and support across the organization. The role requires hands-on leadership of servers, networks, CCTV systems, and software applications to ensure secure and reliable operations.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years of UAE IT operations experience, a relevant Bachelor's degree, and strong troubleshooting and incident-management skills.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of UAE IT operations experience
• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, CE or related field
• Experience managing servers, networks, and CCTV systems
• Proficiency in software and application administration
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage IT operations independently
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and network management, server administration, CCTV systems, hardware support, software and application administration, network troubleshooting, website support, and end-user technical support

Responsibilities
