Job summary

D4 Insight is seeking an experienced IT Network Administrator to manage enterprise IT infrastructure, network systems, servers, and cloud services (Microsoft 365, Azure). The role combines network and systems administration with security, IT support, and operational management.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience across LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, Azure, and network security. UAE-based candidates highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in network administration and IT support.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, MCSE are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to users and troubleshoot network, system, hardware, and software issues.
• Diagnose and resolve technical incidents while ensuring timely service restoration.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network hardware and software.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange, AD, DNS, and SharePoint; manage Azure resources.
• Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, procedures, and infrastructure changes.
