Job summary

Converge, based in Sharjah, UAE, seeks a Senior IT Manager to lead its IT function across the GCC. The role will oversee IT operations, infrastructure, systems and technology initiatives to support the organisation’s regional growth.

Qualifications

10+ years of IT leadership experience.
Experience overseeing IT operations across locations or units.
Strong knowledge of infrastructure, systems administration, networks, and cybersecurity.
Experience managing IT projects and digital transformation initiatives.
Ability to develop and manage IT budgets, resources, and external service providers.

Responsibilities

Oversee IT operations, infrastructure, systems and technology initiatives across the Group.
Collaborate with business leadership to ensure reliable IT services and align IT priorities with business strategy.
Take ownership of the technology function and manage regional requirements across the GCC.
Lead governance, policies, and procedures for IT across multiple locations.
Manage budgets, vendor relationships and external service providers.
