Gateworth Group is recruiting a Senior IT Support Specialist/IT Manager to lead the IT function in the UAE, overseeing day-to-day operations and strategic direction for the infrastructure and end-user environment. The role combines hands-on technical work with guiding digital transformation, AI initiatives, and technology governance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in IT leadership or senior IT support roles.
• Hands-on L1–L3 IT support across infrastructure, networks and end-user devices.
• Strong Microsoft tech stack experience: M365, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, AD/Entra ID, Intune.
• Experience managing IT for 50–150 users in a project-driven environment.
• Ability to balance operations with strategic tech initiatives and AI/digital tooling.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the company's IT function, ensuring stability, security and performance of all technology systems.
• Provide hands-on L1, L2 and L3 support for end-user issues, onboarding/offboarding, devices, and day-to-day IT operations for ~80 users.
• Administer and maintain the Microsoft technology estate including M365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, AD/Entra ID, and Intune.
• Manage core infrastructure including servers, networking, firewalls, VPNs, backups, cybersecurity, and business continuity planning.
• Drive technology improvement and digital transformation initiatives to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Lead development and adoption of AI and emerging technologies to boost productivity and collaboration.
