Job summary

Converge is seeking a Senior IT Manager based in Sharjah to lead the IT function across the GCC, overseeing operations, infrastructure, systems, and technology initiatives. You will collaborate with business leadership to ensure reliable IT services, strengthen capabilities, and translate strategic requirements into practical technology solutions across the region.

This senior role requires 10+ years in IT, regional leadership experience, budgeting, governance, and a track record of delivering

Qualifications

10+ years of IT experience with senior IT management exposure.
Experience overseeing IT operations across multiple units or locations.
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems administration, networks, and cybersecurity.
Experience managing IT projects, digital transformation initiatives, and technology implementations.
Ability to develop and manage IT budgets, resources, and external service providers.
Experience establishing IT policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
Proven leadership skills with experience managing IT teams.
Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and translate business requirements into practical technology solutions.

Responsibilities

Oversee IT operations, infrastructure, and systems across the Group.
Lead technology initiatives and align them with the organisation's strategy.
Collaborate with business leadership to ensure reliable IT services and governance.
