• Strong knowledge of IT Infrastructure including servers, networks, telecommunications, security systems, and peripheral devices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, engaging guests, team members, and stakeholders.
• Exceptional skills in improving customer satisfaction and driving profitability within industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT operations ensuring seamless service delivery across the hotel.
• Proactively resolve faults and monitor service delivery with accurate incident documentation.
• Develop and implement governance, change management, and security best practices.
• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding of IT staff and manage team schedules.
