Job summary

ACCEL HUMAN RESOURCE CONSULTANTS in Dubai seeks an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to lead the organization's IT systems and operations. You will oversee servers, networks, storage, and virtualization, ensuring availability and performance.

Responsibilities include managing backup, disaster recovery, security controls, and vendor relationships, while guiding IT projects and enforcing governance. A 10+ year track record and a relevant degree are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in IT infrastructure, systems, and operations.
• Hands-on experience managing servers, networks, storage, backup, DR, and virtualization.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
• Experience in network security, IT risk management, and cybersecurity controls.
• Experience leading an IT team and coordinating with vendors and service providers.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management.
• Fluency in English; strong documentation and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT infrastructure and operations in Dubai.
• Plan and optimize servers, networks, storage, and virtualization.
• Manage backup, DR, business continuity, and system recovery.
• Monitor performance, availability, and capacity; resolve issues.
• Administer Microsoft-based environments (AD, M365, Windows Server).
• Enforce security controls and IT risk management practices.
• Lead IT projects, upgrades, migrations, and initiatives.
• Coordinate with vendors and external consultants; manage contracts and licenses.
• Prepare infrastructure reports and updates for management.
• Ensure alignment with internal policies and business objectives.
