Job summary

Analog is seeking a proactive IT Engineer (ITOps) to own and scale internal IT infrastructure, supporting end users and SaaS systems while enforcing security best practices across the organization.

The role covers device lifecycle management, IAM, and provisioning/deprovisioning across tools, with opportunities to automate onboarding and improve processes in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in IT Operations, IT Support, or Systems Administration.
• Experience managing SaaS environments and SSO platforms (Okta, Azure AD).
• Experience managing IT procurement, vendor relationships, and SaaS licensing.
• Hands-on experience with MDM tools (Jamf, Kandji, Intune).
• Strong understanding of endpoint security best practices.
• Experience with Mac and Windows environments.
• Familiarity with networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls).

Responsibilities

• IT Operations & End-User Support: Provide support for hardware, software, and network issues; manage onboarding/offboarding processes; own device lifecycle management; maintain IT documentation.
• Identity & Access Management: Administer SSO, MFA, and RBAC; manage provisioning/deprovisioning across SaaS tools; conduct access reviews.
• Systems & Infrastructure: Manage core SaaS stack (Microsoft Suite, Slack, Notion, Jira); monitor performance and uptime; support VPN and firewall configurations.
• Security & Compliance: Implement endpoint security tools; support SOC 2, ISO 27001 readiness; enforce IT policies; assist incident response.
• Procurement & Vendor Management: Own IT procurement; manage vendor relationships, renewals, and licensing; track IT budget and SaaS spend.
• Automation & Continuous Improvement: Identify automation opportunities; improve processes for scalability; evaluate new tools and tech.
