Job summary

Analog is seeking a proactive IT Engineer to own and scale internal IT infrastructure and operations, ensuring secure, reliable systems that empower the team.

You will manage end-user support, SaaS systems, IAM, device lifecycle, and security practices across the organization, thriving in a fast-paced startup environment building scalable IT foundations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in IT Operations, IT Support, or Systems Administration.
• Experience managing SaaS environments and SSO platforms (Okta, Azure AD).
• Experience managing IT procurement, vendor relationships, and SaaS licensing.
• Hands-on experience with MDM tools (Jamf, Kandji, Intune).
• Strong understanding of endpoint security best practices.
• Experience with Mac and Windows environments.
• Familiarity with networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls).
• Experience supporting compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO, etc.) is a plus.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• IT Operations & End-User Support: Provide support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Identity & Access Management: Administer SSO, MFA, and RBAC; manage SaaS provisioning/deprovisioning.
• Systems & Infrastructure: Manage core SaaS stack, monitor performance, support VPN/Firewall configurations.
• Security & Compliance: Implement endpoint security tools, enforce IT policies, assist in incident analysis.
