Job summary

Nano Health Suite in Dubai, UAE, seeks an experienced IT Manager to lead IT operations across infrastructure, cloud, network, and security for a large-scale enterprise environment. You will guide governance, policies, and cross-functional teams, ensuring high availability and strategic IT planning.

The role demands extensive experience with on-premises and cloud environments, virtualization, and enterprise systems, with a strong leadership track record. On-site work is required in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience: 7–10+ years in IT infrastructure / system administration; 3–5 years in leadership or IT management role
• Certifications (Preferred): Microsoft Azure Admin/Architect, VMware VCP, AWS Certifications, CompTIA Network+/Security+, Kubernetes certifications

Responsibilities

• Define and execute IT strategy, roadmap, and architecture standards
• Establish and enforce IT policies, procedures, and governance frameworks
• Manage team performance, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Coordinate with vendors, MSPs, and internal stakeholders
• Oversee enterprise infrastructure including Windows Server, Linux, virtualization
• Design and manage enterprise network architecture and firewall solutions
• Lead cloud migration, DR replication, and cost optimization initiatives
• Promote automation using PowerShell, Bash, and CI/CD pipelines
• Define and manage enterprise backup strategies and DR plans
• Maintain enterprise monitoring and incident response processes
• Mentor teams and manage external service providers
• Maintain architecture documentation and audit compliance
