Job summary

Ericsson Dubai is seeking an experienced Microsoft Infrastructure & Collaboration SME to join the IT Operations team and provide expert-level administration, troubleshooting, and operational support across Microsoft infrastructure and collaboration technologies.

The role focuses on Exchange On-Premises/Online, Active Directory, and Entra ID, with exposure to SharePoint, Intune, SCCM/MECM, SCOM, AVD, and Azure services. You will lead complex incidents and automate with PowerShell.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Microsoft Infrastructure and IT Operations.
• Hands-on in Exchange On-Premises, Online, and Hybrid.
• Experience with AD DS, Entra ID, DNS, GP, replication.
• Proficient in PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Experience with ITIL/ITSM and monitoring platforms (ServiceNow or HPSM).

Responsibilities

• Provide L3/SME support for Exchange environments.
• Administer Exchange servers, mailboxes, and mail flow.
• Manage AD DS including DNS, GPO, and domain controllers.
• Administer Microsoft Entra ID and identity services.
• Lead incident resolution and perform root cause analysis.
• Develop PowerShell automation for operations.
