Job summary

ONE BROKER GROUP in Dubai seeks top-performing real estate sales professionals to close deals across our exclusive off-plan portfolio. You will convert high-intent leads into revenue, represent the company at launches and investor events, and build lasting relationships with our 3,000+ registered buyers.

No cold calling; you close, we fuel the pipeline. This is commission-based pay with earnings that reward closers, backed by an AED 6.5B track record across 15+ projects.

Qualifications

Proven track record in Dubai off-plan/investment sales.
Strong closer with sharp negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and hungry to grow professionally.

Responsibilities

Advise investors across OBG's exclusive project portfolio.
Convert leads into closed deals, and deals into referrals.
Represent OBG at launches, viewings, and investor events.
Build lasting relationships within our 3,000+ registered buyer base.
Keep CRM and pipeline sharp.
