Job summary

Enclave Real Estate is seeking a Senior Investment Advisor in Dubai to guide international and local investors to suitable properties and close deals. You will share market insights and manage client portfolios from initial inquiry to after-sales.

This commission-only role offers uncapped earning potential with 55%–65% commission at the start and comprehensive support, including visa and health insurance coverage and marketing assistance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in property sales or luxury sales.
• Proven track record of AED 40M+ in total sales over the last 12 months.
• Strong client service and long-term relationship-building skills.
• Solid knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
• Fluent English plus one or more additional languages (e.g. Russian, Arabic, Chinese, German, French).
• Valid UAE driving license

The Role
