Enclave Dubai, a Dubai-based real estate brokerage, is seeking a target-driven Sales Consultant to join our luxury property team. You will leverage fresh daily leads and marketing support to close deals in residential and commercial segments across primary and secondary markets.
You should have at least 1 year of UAE real estate or luxury sales experience, strong negotiation and client-relations skills, and a valid UAE driving license. Visa and health insurance are provided.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai/UAE real estate or luxury sales.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation and client relationships.
Responsabilités
- Sell residential and commercial properties in Dubai across primary and secondary markets.
- Prospect and convert fresh leads into clients with daily outreach.
- Negotiate terms and close deals while maintaining client satisfaction.

Built on 7+ years of Dubai market experience, Enclave combines RERA-certified expertise, market intelligence, strong developer relationships, and a client-first approach.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai/UAE real estate or luxury sales
- Russian language proficiency
- Strong understanding of the Dubai property market
- Experience in property sales, preferably off-plan and/or secondary
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
- Valid UAE driving license
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
