Job summary

The Emirates Group in Dubai is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Assistant to manage and control stock across multiple Emirates Group facilities. You will coordinate replenishment, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure timely material fulfillment within a dynamic, multi-site environment.

Qualifications

• 12 years of schooling (or equivalent) is required.
• 3 years of experience in non-aircraft procurement is required.
• Experience in inventory management including stock data entry and record keeping is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate physical and system inventory through stock counts and correlations.
• Coordinate picking, packing, transfer and distribution of stock for timely fulfilment.
• Validate employee uniform requirements and entitlements and record related inventory transactions.
• Validate stock requirements and coordinate preparation, processing and distribution of materials.
• Monitor stock levels, consumption, stock cover and demand to optimize availability and minimize excess inventory.
• Prepare stock requisitions based on demand and inventory requirements and follow up with buyers and suppliers.
