Job summary

Seddiqi Holding, a flagship luxury watch retailer in Dubai, seeks a Senior Inventory & Financial Data Specialist to strengthen inventory control and data integrity across ERP, POS, warehouse, and reporting systems.

You will review movements, adjustments, valuations, COGS, and purchases, perform reconciliations, support month-end closing and audits, and collaborate with Finance, IT and Operations to improve data quality and processes in a high-value, multi-brand environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, IS, or related field.
• 5–8 years of inventory accounting or financial data control.
• Hands-on SAP and POS system experience mandatory.
• Power BI and JEDOX reporting experience a strong plus.
• Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook proficiency.
• Retail, trading or distribution background preferred.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and continuous improvement orientation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure inventory records align with financial reporting.
• Review movements, adjustments, write-offs, transfers, valuations, COGS.
• Perform reconciliations across subledgers, ERP, POS, and warehouse.
• Support month-end and year-end closing with schedules.
• Prepare audit data and respond to inquiries.
• Maintain data integrity across finance, POS, ERP, and reporting systems.
