Job summary

Confidential Company in Dubai is seeking an Inventory Controller to monitor and maintain accurate stock levels across multiple warehouses. You will coordinate stock receiving, storage and dispatch, and regularly update inventory records in the ERP system.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree and 2–8 years of inventory or warehouse operations experience, with strong proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 2–8 years of inventory or warehouse operations experience, preferably in the building materials industry.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• A UAE Driving License will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy across warehouses.
• Coordinate stock receiving, storage and dispatch activities.
• Update inventory records in the ERP system.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse and operations teams.
• Prepare inventory and stock movement reports.
