Job summary

Dr Scent in Sharjah seeks an Inventory Controller to manage inventory accuracy, monitor stock levels, and support warehouse operations within UAE regulations.

You will perform cycle counts, audits, update ERP and Excel-based records, coordinate with receiving and shipping, and generate KPIs for management.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2–3 years of experience; English communication is essential, Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
  • 2–3 years’ experience in inventory management or warehouse operations.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels within the warehouse and Salesperson’s Cars and Kiosk’s.
  • Perform regular cycle counts and full inventory audits to reconcile physical stock with system records.
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies and report findings to management.
  • Update inventory management systems with data from incoming shipments, transfers, and adjustments.
  • Coordinate with receiving and shipping departments to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Assist with space optimization and organization of stock to improve efficiency.
  • Generate inventory reports and KPIs as required by management.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and proper handling procedures.
  • Support warehouse staff with locating and picking inventory for orders.
