Job summary

Allocation Assist Middle East seeks a Consultant Pain Management - Interventional Pain Care in Dubai to lead evaluation and treatment of complex pain conditions. The role emphasizes interventional procedures, image-guided injections, and multidisciplinary collaboration with orthopedics, neurosurgery, neurology, and rehabilitation teams.

Ideal candidates will have MBBS with subspecialty training in Pain Medicine, 3–5 years post-board experience, and an ability to balance procedural,

Qualifications

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree required.
• Residency in Anesthesiology/PM&R/Neurology or related field.
• Fellowship in Pain Management; board-certified in primary specialty.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients with acute and chronic pain and determine contributing factors.
• Develop individualized treatment plans combining medications, interventional procedures, rehab, and non-pharmacological therapies.
• Perform nerve blocks, epidural injections, joint injections, RF ablation, and other interventional techniques.
• Use image-guided techniques to improve precision and safety.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to manage complex pain conditions.
• Provide clear counseling on options, risks, and expected outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments and treatments.
